London Metropolitan University is pleased to announce the Dr. Murtala Mohammed Scholarship for the 2015/2016 academic year.
The scholarship award is open to Nigerian postgraduate students to study approved Masters Degree courses at the London Metropolitan University. It is offered for several of the university’s masters level degree programmes as listed below. See 'Fields of study' below.
The Dr. Murtala Mohammed Scholarship is a FULL tuition fee scholarship for a Nigerian student in the name of the Late General Murtala Mohammed.
Eligibility
To be eligible, applicants must:
- have an unconditional offer to study at London Met on one of the above Master's courses.
- have a First Class Honours degree or the highest accolade for your degree.
- have an overall IELTS score of 7.0 with a minimum of 6.5 in each component or SELT equivalent.
- be a national of Nigeria.

Hello, is the scholarship limited to only first class degree holders or those with a second class upper division can also apply? I asked cos in another page of this scholarship, i saw a minimum of second class upper but here its written first class. Thanks.
