Method of Application
The current steps to apply for undergraduate programs and important links to application and document deadlines within the steps are all available after you may follow the "APPLY NOW" link on the official website (link to the site is provided below).

DEADLINES:
You can submit your application and then send your documents later, as long as your application and documents are submitted by the appropriate deadlines.

Application deadlines vary by program. Most undergraduate programs accept applications until May 1 for September entry, however, there are exceptions.

For Fall term (September) entry—when most students begin studies—deadlines can be as early as November 1 the previous year for some programs.

The deadlines to send in official documents for final admission to Fall term (September) for most UAlberta programs are: June 15 for Postsecondary Transfer Applicants OR August 1 for High School Applicants.

ADDENDUM: SOME APPLICATION DEADLINES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED TILL 30th JUNE - APPLY FOR SEPTEMBER 2013

PLEASE NOTE:
International applicants are encouraged to apply for admission as early as possible.

The earlier you apply, the faster your application will be processed and you will have more time to apply for scholarships, apply for housing, and get your study permit.

It is the responsibility of the student to ensure that enough time is given to allow for any unforeseen delays in VISA application processing. Scholarships are valid for students beginning in the Fall semester. If you do not receive your study permit in time to attend for Fall and plan to begin your studies in the winter semester, your scholarship offer is not automatically deferred.

Once you've received your admission letter, you'll want to start preparing for your studies, including registering in classes, confirming your attendance and getting ready to come to Canada.

Application Deadline: Varies by program (between 1 November till 1 May)
Open to International students: Yes
