NEWS: Universities Upgrade and Endowment Programs of the Petroleum Technology Development Fund (PTDF)
In a previous article on the role of the PTDF in both local and foreign scholarships, we had described the Local Scholarship Scheme (LSS) of the PTDF as a scheme "designed to encourage outstanding students in Nigeria to pursue Programs relevant to the development of the oil and gas industry in Nigerian universities which have been upgraded by the PTDF fund".
