Scholarship Description
Tennessee Technological University (also Tennessee Tech) is happy to offer a number of undergraduate scholarships for international and USA students who intend to study at the university.
Scholarships at Tennessee Tech are designed to reward students who showed great strength in academic performance, community service, residency and other criteria as defined by the founder or donor of the award.
Tennessee Tech Scholarships are awarded to study any of the subjects offered by the university. Applications are currently ongoing at the Tennessee Technological University for 600 scholarships opportunities for students at the Tennessee Technological University.
Eligibility
Scholarships are awarded to students based upon their academic performance, community service, residency and other criteria as defined by the founder or donor of the award.

Scholarships are available for both US and international students.

- English Language Requirement: Applicants whose first language is not English are usually required to provide evidence of proficiency in English at the higher level required by the University.

Method of Application
In order to be considered for a scholarship, students must complete the Scholarship Application annually. They must also be admitted to TTU as soon as possible after August 1. Log into Eagle Online and choose the Student tab and Scholarship option. Submit the application and any required supplementary materials by December 15 to be fully considered.
Supplementary materials:
Official ACT or SAT scores if you are a new freshman (received and processed by Dec. 15)
Official Transcripts for any institutions you have previously attended (received and processed by Dec. 15)
FAFSA (completed by December 15; used for consideration for need-based scholarships)
Any required recommendations (must be received in ScholarWeb by Dec. 15)
DEADLINES:
Applications for these scholarships open on the 1st August and run up until 1st December. The deadline to submit your supporting documentation is 15th December. The deadline to apply for the 2018 – 2019 academic year is December 1, 2017.

Tennessee Technological University, popularly known as Tennessee Tech, is an accredited public university located in Cookeville, Tennessee, United States, a city east of Nashville. It was formerly known as Tennessee Polytechnic Institute (1915), and before that as University of Dixie, the name under which it was founded as a private institution in 1909. It places special emphasis on undergraduate education in fields related to engineering and technology, although degrees in education, liberal arts, agriculture, nursing, and other fields of study can be pursued as well. Additionally, there are graduate offerings in engineering, education, business, and the liberal arts.
