Scholarship Description
In furtherance of its annual educational advancement programme, the Ikeoha Foundation in collaboration with the constituency office of Senator Ike Ekweremadu, CFR; offers the Ikeoha Foundation Scholarship Awards for Nigerian students.

This scholarship call announces the commencement of applications for its 2012/2013 Session Scholarship Awards. The Ikeoha Foundation Scholarship Awards is targeted for qualified undergraduate studies in Nigerian universities.

Applications for the 2012/2013 Scholarship Award are invited from suitably qualified students of Enugu West Senatorial District origin. Applications are also invited from suitably qualified candidates of Igbo-Eze North and Enugu North LGAs origin.

Eligibility
Qualifications:
  1. Applicants must be truly indigent, brilliant and of good character.
  2. Applicants must have completed 1st semester of their first year of study and attach the semester examination result.
  3. Application must be accompanied by the following:
    • Copy of UTME result
    • Copy of SSCE, WASSC, GCE, NABTEB or equivalent result
    • Letter of Attestation from the Department / Faculty
    • Letter of attestation from his/her traditional ruler

Method of Application
Applications must be accompanied by the following:

  • Letter of attestation from his/her traditional rule

Applications must be accompanied with two recent passport sized photograph, and Application Form countersigned and stamped by the applicant’s Dean of Faculty and Traditional Ruler authenticating the applicant's claimed status

Application Closing date for receipt of applications is 15th December, 2012.

Only shortlisted candidates will be invited for the scholarship examinations.

Since then the Foundation has grown into a leading charity organisation, one of the most stable providers of financial assistance for disadvantaged populations and students in tertiary institution.
