The College of Human Sciences is pleased to have a number of scholarships and awards each year which are available to its students.
College of Human Sciences Undergraduate and Graduate Scholarship Applications for the 2013-2014 academic year are now being accepted.
Students wishing to be considered for Human Sciences scholarships/fellowships must be a major in the College of Human Sciences.
It is important to note that some scholarships and awards may require an additional departmental application.
Both Americans and citizens of other countries (BUT must be enrolled in the College of Human Sciences)

Fields of study
All fields offered at Auburn University in the College of Human Sciences are eligible.
These will include:
- Department of Consumer and Design Sciences: consumer behavior, global retailing, interior design, fashion forecasting, and textile and apparel product development.
- Department of Human Development and Family Studies: examination of the physical, emotional, social, relational, and cognitive well-being of children, adolescents, and adults in diverse social, cultural, and national contexts.
- Department of Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management: Nutrition, Dietetics, and Hospitality Management.

Method of Application
Students must apply to and be enrolled in the College of Human Sciences to be considered for one of these scholarship awards.
To apply, please download the general CHS scholarship application (pdf) OR the CHS scholarship application for incoming freshmen (pdf), depending on which form that applies to you.
All sections of the application form must be completed. Incomplete applications may not receive consideration. Applications should be returned to 266 Spidle Hall no later than January 15, 2013.
Deadline for scholarship applications is January 15th of every year.
