Its mission is to promote excellence in oncology nursing and quality cancer care. Its vision has always been to lead to the transformation of cancer care. The ONS core values are Integrity, Innovation, Stewardship, Advocacy, Excellence, and Inclusiveness.
ONS conferences provide cutting-edge, evidence-based Continuing Nursing Education (CNE) that gives the cancer nurse an opportunity to network with their nursing colleagues. Options range from national events to virtual conferences, thus being flexible enough to suit the schedule of many nurses.
The aim of this Conference Scholarship funding offer is to support a professional nurse who has demonstrated innovation in responding to challenges in practice, that has made a difference for the patient/family, institution and/or fellow healthcare professionals.
